So, you send Herb your money, in return he can use your photos or descriptions of your items for any purpose, including marketing his own products, or he can simply take your money and refuse to allow you to use the site.
No thanks--I don't do business with thieves, crooks or liars.

Just wanted to comment on Phil's comment about CN's. If they revamped the CN's site to be more current it would generate a larger crowd. Astromart has been around for a long time and serves a huge part in the astro community that no one else is either willing to or ready to compete with Herb on such a large scale. And I agree Herb can be a tyrant, but I also have to give him credit where it is due. He allows the "truth" to be spoken in the forums. Something that is heavily moderated on CN.
I was just banned from astromart, I have no idea why. I certainly didn't do anything to offend anyone, I didn't lie, cheat or commit any crimes. Herb apparently has a bug up his butt. This is definately pretty damn close to communism. I will use cloudy nites, since it seems they have the same ads that astromart has!!

I was cheated by herb!! PS. He won't respond as to why he banned me.
